Our investigation has confirmed that this issue is caused by a Safari browser bug in iOS 26.
Issue: On iPhone/iPad devices updated to iOS 26, when logging into Sentio and attempting to start translation, the following error message appears:
“A problem occurred while connecting to the network”.
Affected Users : Sentio users hosting on Safari with iOS 26
Until a revised version of iOS 26 is released, we recommend that customers who are hosting Sentio use Google Chrome instead of Safari.
