We are currently experiencing an issue with Sentio on iOS 26.
Issue: On iPhone/iPad devices updated to iOS 26, when logging into Sentio and attempting to start translation, the following error message appears:
“A problem occurred while connecting to the network”.
Affected Users : Sentio users hosting on Safari with iOS 26
Cause : Under investigation
Temporary Workaround: This issue occurs only when hosting Sentio on Safari. Customers can continue to use Sentio with Google Chrome.
We are actively investigating the cause and working on a solution. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards resolving the issue.
