How Do I Update My Pocketalk?

To update your software, first and foremost, make sure that the device is charged to above 50% battery power and that the device is connected to Wi-Fi. (The update will not run if the above 2 conditions are not met)

Once you confirm that the above 2 conditions are met, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Menu screen and tap on "Settings"
2. Scroll down and tap on the “Software Update” option. *You will see a "blue dot" next to the option when there is a software update available for download.
3. Click "Continue" to update. *If there are no updates to be downloaded, you will see a message saying "Your Pocketalk is up to date".
4. Follow the prompts on the screen to download and then update your Pocketalk.
